We do not offer a refund for any clients if they miss the tour for whatever reason without any prior notice.

We UNDERSTAND that travel plans change and we try to be as flexible as possible. In case of delay of flights, it is important to inform us as soon as such a scenario happens.

For trips that need a change of date, We are happy to change a tour date or time if it is possible to do so. Please note that if there is a need for reschedule of gorilla permits, we follow the guidelines of the Uganda Wildlife Authority and the Rwanda Development Board in reschedule of gorilla permits.

We do have limited space on each tour so the more advance notice we have the easier it is to accommodate the request.
